After the last plates are cleared, ALIA changes shape. Same address, later hour. The dining room slips into a bar built on sleight of hand: a glass under a glass dome, a back-bar mirror that doubles the whole room, a slow curl of amber smoke that tells you the show has started.

One glass. One dome. A breath of smoke trapped over the pour and left to settle. When it reaches the table the dome lifts, the smoke leaves in a single amber curl, and you drink what you just watched disappear. Scroll to lift the dome.

Private events

Dinner
The dining room opens at seven and runs long. Book a table and stay through the turn as the bar takes over.
After the turn
The lights drop and the bar takes over. Guestlist and bottle service are handled by phone so you speak to the person who runs the door.
The reflection parts, then falls perfectly back into place.
A long mirror runs the length of the back bar. It catches the candles, the glassware, the faces at the rail and hands them back doubled. Sit facing it and you spend the night in two rooms at once: the one you are in, and the one that only exists in the glass.
The list changes with the night. Tell the bar where you are and they build to it. Four directions to start.

Mediterranean supper runs long. Spreads, fire, shared plates.
Lights drop. The bar takes over. Smoke starts to move.
Full room, doubled in the glass. Music holds the floor.
Thu to 1AM. Fri and Sat to 2AM. The dome comes down one last time.
